Welcome to the client portal for Astute Counseling Services. We are looking forward to working with you soon. Below are directions to get started in preparation for your first therapy session.
1. You should have received a welcome email prompting you to create a Therapy Notes portal account with a strong password (for HIPAA compliance). Now you can get started on the intake paperwork necessary to hold your appointment time.
2. There will be 6 preloaded documents of paperwork in your portal for you to fill out, which all need to be completed prior to your first intake session. The system does not automatically take you to the next document in the portal once one has been completed. You will need to go back to the home document page for the remaining documents after each completion until all 6 are signed. If you are out of network and not using BCBS PPO insurance, there is an additional document to sign in accordance with the "No Surprise Act".
3. Please complete ALL 6 documents of paperwork and sign. They will all automatically be uploaded into your portal once completed. Your portal has now been created and paperwork is complete.
4. If you have forgotten your password, please contact our office managers, at info@astutecounseling.com to reset your password.
5. Please note our cancellation policy. There will be a $180 fee automatically charged for all appointments not cancelled within 24 hours.
