We value your time and want to make sure our availability is as up to date as possible. Please be mindful of our cancellation policy as you may be charged cancellation fees. We request 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling appointments. You will be charged $65 for late cancelations that are not emergency or health related (less than 48 hours notice). All appointments canceled later than 9am the day of your appointment, regardless of the reason, will be charged a minimum of $25. We still ask that if you are sick or have been exposed to significant illness that you opt for telehealth or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you cancel appointments via the portal if possible.

As of January 1st, 2025 we are increasing our rates. New self-pay rates are listed below. We are committed to keeping mental health affordable. If the new rates create financial hardship, please discuss them with your counselor in order to create a plan that will work for you.

**Insurance Rates are contracted with each individual company based on their payment scale for claims and are not under our control. If we are billing your insurance company, it is unlikely that your rates will change. Below are our rates for insurance prior to their discount.
