When canceling and rescheduling appointments, please be mindful of our Cancellation/Reschedule Policy: a minimum of 48 hours is needed to cancel or reschedule without a fee. The Cancellation/Reschedule fee is the cost of a session.
If this is your first time requesting an appointment, upon approval of your request, you will receive a welcome email prompting you to create a password for your portal. Your portal will have forms to fill out, e-sign, and return via the portal 48 hours before your first session.
If you have a Telehealth session, there will be a link in your portal at the appointment time for you to click to join.
