PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: WE DO NOT ACCEPT MEDICARE CLIENTS. All new and prospecting clients are encouraged to review our FAQ page on our website prior to booking their appointments. This convenient resource can be used to check appointment availability for your very first online intake appointment for a client 12 years of age and over, and sign up for virtual therapy services. Please note that there are no in-person appointments. Please ignore automated error message that indicates to call us if you do not see an opening. Sometimes our availability changes in a daily or weekly capacity and you are welcome to continue seeing what we have. After scheduling your first appointment, log in to manage your appointment and review and sign intake/assessment documents sent to you by the practice under the documents tab within 24 hours after your scheduled intake appointment. Unfortunately, we are unable to conduct an intake without this paperwork completed. PLEASE NOTE: Most appointments are recurring meaning that if you are making an appointment for a child in the morning; this intake spot will likely be the only time available on a weekly or biweekly capacity.
