If you are a new client, you can schedule your first appointment below, contact our office by telephone at (630) 281-2496, or email us at intake@counselingworks.com. You will then be contacted by one of our Intake Coordinators to complete the next steps to confirm your appointment.
We are an in-network provider for BCBS PPO, BCBS Community, Aetna, Optum-UBH / United Healthcare, Medicare, and self -pay. If you are out of network, we will provide you with a statement including the information you will need to obtain reimbursement from your insurance carrier.
If you are an existing client, you can log into your portal at any time to view and schedule available appointments. You can also contact your clinician via email to request additional availability, or to be added to the waitlist for a specific day or time.
