WELCOME NEW PATIENTS:New patients will require a phone screen interview, to ensure we are the best fit for your needs. We also want to ensure a person's safety upon our first contact, and make sure you are getting the right level of care, but we do not have a provider on call, so if it is an emergency, call 911, or go to nearest emergency room, and for crisis assistance you may contact the crisis line at 1-800-273-8255. We will need to gather insurance information from you either on the phone, or by giving us your email, and we will create a secure portal login for you to share information. If office staff is not able to get back to you quickly, we may text you options of how to share information. Even if you don't schedule here, we want to assist you in finding what you need. How to contact us: (Expect a return call within one week)· PROSPECTIVE CLINICIANS AND EMPLOYEES- We are hiring!Creating Peace of Mind Cognitive Behavioral Health, LLC is a small behavioral health practice located in Swansea, IL. We’re looking for Licensed Mental Health providers, and part-time Medical receptionist/office staff . Creating Peace of Mind is an outpatient mental health clinic in Swansea IL , directed by Robin Dalske, PsyD, who has been practicing 15 years. We are looking for the right clinicians to join our team: Licensed Psychologists, Advanced Practice Nurses with mental health specialties, LCSW, LCPC, LPC with experience, licensed or license eligible. We have many referrals for new clients, accept many private insurances, self-pay and Medicare. We provide individual, family, and couple’s therapy to adults, and children. We provide mostly in office, but also video sessions as appropriate. We are dedicated to appropriate care with respect to people of all genders, races, religions, sexual orientation, and cultural backgrounds. Acceptance is a must for all members of our staff. Currently there has been an increase in need for treatment of anxiety, OCD, couples, family/child therapy. We provide goal-based therapy, with cognitive behavioral, and mindfulness/DBT treatment, and CPT for trauma. Positions are available for licensed clinicians, those seeking supervision, but preference will be given to Doctoral level providers or those with advanced standing. We do accept private pay, but income is heavily based upon insurance reimbursement. We have three comfortably furnished private offices available, conference room, kitchen, and office staff support, ADA facility. We emphasize collaborative care- attendance and participation in case is required to join our team. Part time or full-time - priority will be given to those available for at least 20 clients a week. Clinicians are expected to be in office at least two days a week. Benefits packages are being considered and will be offered if enough clinicians express interest. we are a federal contractor- at this time Vaccination is required. Clinical office staff/or intern position: We need someone who is organized, professional, and motivated, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to learn quickly. We are looking for in a candidate with excellent time management, the ability to track large volumes of data, with the ability to adapt to the shifting needs of an office within the day. This is a human service position and must be able to relate to people and make them feel comfortable. We will consider part time candidates who can commit to at least 2 days a week, but ideal would be available Monday-Thursday to open the clinic. This position is eligible to meet hourly patient contact requirements for students in graduate school for counseling, or applying to doctoral or master’s programs in counseling and psychology/social work fields. Supervision for patient contact and counseling/therapy is available as appropriate. As an office administrator, you will be responsible for: • Greeting patients, checking them in, taking copay, and scheduling appointments in an electronic medical record system. • Answering the office phone, and documenting thoroughly in the computer system, and communicating with patients and all other parties in a timely and professional manner. • Ability to communicate with patients in regard to potential safety issues and make decisions about information needing immediate attention from the clinicians. • Record and verify patient billing accuracy using the electronic billing payments in system. • Coordinating and communicating with insurance companies, clinicians and clients regarding patient benefits and eligibility, computer skills, and written communication, internet, scanning, and navigating websites. • Assisting Owner and Clinicians with day-to-day tasks involving clinician contracts, insurance status updates, assessment measures, coordinating care with others providers • Maintaining HIPAA privacy and confidentiality. • Conducting yourself professionally and with integrity in speech and behavior, and professional/medical attire. Experience Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as psychology, social work, medical coding. Must pass fingerprint background check, drug screening, eligible to work with children,seniors Willingness to remain up to date with Medicare and CDC health guidelines for work on medical office, including use of mask in office, and following COVID precautions. Requests by fax or portal are the easiest ways for us to respond, although for larger records we can make arrangements to send by mail, or place documents on a thumb drive if provided. · If appropriate, information will be transmitted via the patient portal: https://www.therapyportal.com/p/creatingpeace/login/ · As required by law, records will be available for 7 years after services were provided, or 7 years after client reaches adulthood. RECORD REQUESTS SENT BY MAIL MAY BE DELAYED: Mail is being forwarded, and there will be a delay in receiving requests. Billing records will also continue to be managed through Robin at Creating Peace of Mind. We know that such transitions can be difficult for clients and will do our best to help you during this time.
