Current Clients: This online form is a convenient way to request appointments, please contact your therapist directly if you have any questions.

New Clients: Please note that free consultations are 15-30 minutes (beginning at the time you choose, not lasting the entire hour) - if you would like to schedule a full 50-80 minute session, please reach out to team@erospsychotherapy.com and indicate the therapist you would like to schedule with. They will reach out to you directly to collect information and schedule the session. Please use that same email address if you need any assistance. We look forward to meeting with you soon!
