IMPORTANT NOTES:
* Anyone can view availability, but...
* Only LOGGED IN clients can request an appointment through the portal.
* Your appointment request is not scheduled unless confirmed by the therapist.
* There is no guarantee that the time slot you see/request is available week-to-week.
* Appointments cannot be requested within 32 hours or more than three weeks out.
* The therapist will confirm and provide additional inforamation (virtual link or directions to office).
* If you do not see the name of the therapist with whom you would like to schedule they are not accepting new clients at this time.
NEW CLIENTS:
* Initial appointments must be requested a minimum of 32 hours in advance to allow the provider and client enough time to complete necessary steps prior to session. If you attempt to schedule an initial appointment within 32 hours you will receive a message to call the clinic - we cannot change that message and we ask that you please select a different date/time that is at least 32 hours in the future.
* Paperwork MUST be completed prior to scheduling. To access our paperwork through the secure site IntakeQ, paste the following URL into your browser: https://intakeq.com/new/aJAvEp.
* Once you have entered your name (or kiddos name for minors) and your email address, you will receive a passcode via email (check your inbox, junk, and promotional folders).
* Once we have received your completed paperwork we will send you an invitation to create a Portal account (typically within 3-business days).
WAITLISTS/RECOMMENDED PROVIDERS
* Many of our staff are scheduling from a waitlist, please only request an appointment with a therapist who was recommended to you and within the timeline specificed (if applicable).

* If you see an appointment time you would like within 32 hours of the current time, please contact your therapist directly to request - the portal does not allow for scheduling within 32 hours.
