For New Patients:
Schedule a Free 15-Minute Phone Consultation
1. At the bottom of this page, select:
a. Client Status as "I am a new patient"
b. Location: "15-min Phone Consultation"
c. Clinician: "Regina Rye will auto populate"
2. Click view Available Times and follow prompts
3. In the 'Message to Practice' section, please include your state and insurance provider. If you’re in crisis, let us know in this section as well.
Scheduling Your Intake Assessment:
After your consultation:
1. At the bottom of this page, select:
a. Client status as "I am an existing patient"
b. Location: "Virtual Teletherapy"
c. Clinician: "Regina Rye" and follow prompts to schedule.
For Established Patients:
1. At the bottom of this page, select:
a. Client Status as "I am an existing patient"
b. Location: "Virtual Teletherapy"
c. Clinician: "Select Your Assigned Clinician" and follow prompts to schedule.
If You Are Experiencing a Crisis:
If you are in crisis (e.g., suicidal thoughts or severe symptoms), please email us at cbcallc@gmail.com or send us a text including the nature of your crisis, name, and email address to 318-709-9933. We’ll respond within 2 hours.
Cancellations:
To avoid a $25 fee, please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. The fee must be paid before your next session. As part of our intake process, we kindly ask all patients to complete a payment authorization form. Please note that billing will only be applied in the event of a no-call, no-show appointment, in accordance with our cancellation policy, or for any outstanding copayments, which are due at least one hour prior to your scheduled session. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Thank you.
