Sign Up

To sign up for the client portal for Hamilton Behavioral, you must be invited by your clinician. Please ask your clinician to send you a welcome email. You can sign up by clicking the appropriate link in the welcome email once you receive one from your clinician.

If you clicked a link in a welcome email to get to this page, the invitation link may have already been used, expired, or been disabled due to too many failed attempts to verify your identity or changes to your contact information. Please ask your clinician to send you a new welcome email.

You do not need to sign up for an account to use many features of the client portal. You can view clinician availability and request appointments without creating an account first.
