*Log in to cancel and reschedule your appointments, review and sign documents sent to you by the practice and make payments (be sure to SAVE CREDIT CARD so biller can charge copays).
*Reschedule an appt when you cancel one as its a requirement to remain an active patient because we won't track people down. You'll get a notice to close your chart after 90 days of inactivity.
*If your chart gets closed, you can reopen it anytime but will be placed on waitlist.
*If you forget your password, you can bypass it anyway but let us know so we can reset it for you.
