We appreciate you very much and are glad you're here and trusting us to be on this journey with you. **IF YOU ARE NOT YET A CURRENT CLIENT AT GUILFORD COUNSELING: *we invite you to click the "Intake Request" button on our website at www.guilfordcounseling.com *by doing that, you will be taken to our intake request form *once we've processed your request (please give us 48 business hours to do this), we'll set you up with a portal account and will link you to our intake paperwork *please be sure to check your email inbox, as our Client Care Specialists will be sending you the paperwork via email through your client portal and directions for this will come through your email *once we've received all of your completed paperwork, you will get an email from us within 48 business hours confirming we've received your information and letting you know we're working on getting you matched with a good-fit clinician We participate on the Blue Cross/Blue Shield provider panel (with the exception of plans that were designed for certain entities [EPO's] such as Wake and Duke), so we are able to bill them directly for payment. In addition, some of our providers are paneled with Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare, Oxford, and Oscar Health through a third party provider called Headway.  This means that we work directly with Headway, who works directly with your insurance provider.  You'll receive communication from Headway in order for them to process payments for your sessions.  **Please note that we have limited providers who provide services through Headway for these additional insurances, so we have closed our waitlist at this time.  If you are insured through one of these insurers, please let us know and we can check your out of network benefits to let you know if we may be able to work out an out of network arrangement for you.** **IF YOU'RE HERE AND YOU'RE A CURRENT CLIENT, go ahead and choose the "Log In" button to access the options available to you.
