As of 01/01/24, this office will no longer accept insurance. Direct pay in the forms of cash, check and credit cards are accepted at the time of service with no exceptions.
The office location is closed. All appointments are telehealth. Your paperwork will be sent to your email address by TherapyPortal. You MUST have all the forms completed before the first appointment. Please add appointmentreminders@therapyportal.com to your address book.
