Request Appointment

New clients: Please note that Kate accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Aetna plans. All other insurances will be billed as out of network. When scheduling, please indicate the type of insurance (if any) you will be using, and provide your birthday, insurance company name, and insurance company ID.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once Kate has agreed to the appointment you've requested. If she is unable to accommodate the requested appointment she will be in touch to notify you and develop an alternate plan.

Kate may be able to accommodate additional times outside the ones listed on the site. If you need a day or time not listed please call, text, or email. If you do not yet have her contact information you can message her on her website: www.kategegg.com (and click on the location and contact tab).

PLEASE NOTE: Appointments cancelled or moved within 24 hours of their listed scheduled date and time will still be subject to a late cancellation fee. To avoid the fee, please make changes to scheduled appointments more than 24 hours in advance of their scheduled start time.
