Please complete all documents assessments, client history and upload a credit card and pay $60 to guarantee your appointment (this will be applied to your future sessions or will be non refundable if you do not show up to your appointment or cancel without 24 hours notice. To avoid late payment fees, make sure you pay your current balance on the day of service.
