After you submit an appointment request your requested clinician may reach out to confirm information you have shared. Clinician will also send an email invite to this calendar to complete the signup process. Please look for an email from Therapyportal. This email will inform you about our intake paperwork that has been shared with you. Please complete this paperwork prior to your first session or your session will be rescheduled. For your first appointment if you need printouts of the paperwork instead please contact your clinician to discuss options.
