A few notes on how to best use this portal:
*If you are experiencing a crisis and/or are concerned for your safety or the safety of others, please do not use this portal. Instead, call 988 or go to your nearest emergency room
*Please view the calendar of your preferred therapist and select an appointment day and time
*You will have the option to choose in person or telehealth appointments, based on therapist availability
*In person appointments take place at 13238 Executive Park Terrace, Germantown MD 20874
*Telehealth appointments will take place via the TherapyNotes portal - please meet us in the "waiting room," and we will start the call at your appointment time
*If you are seeking therapy for your child or teen, the above steps still apply
*If you are seeking couple's therapy, both "halves" of the couple will attend the whole session, complete intake paperwork, and have your own portal accounts. Please have one of you select an appointment day and time, and please send the other romantic partner's name, birthday, and email address to us via the chat feature in the portal so that we can invite him/her/they as well. Also, please note that we do not bill insurance for couples therapy.
*We will confirm or deny your request for an appointment as soon as possible and you will be notified either way
*We will send you intake paperwork to complete through the portal before the first appointment
*We suggest that you reach out to your insurance company to ask them about any co pays or deductibles that may apply to "outpatient mental health in an office setting"
*Andrea Sadrakula, LCSW-C is in network with the following insurances: Aetna (Coventry, Meridian) BCBS (Carefirst, Anthem, Highmark), Cigna (Evernorth), Optum/United (GEHA) - COMMERICIAL PLANS ONLY
*Andrea Sadrakula, LCSW-C is also in network with Health Advocate EAP. If using EAP services, please send your case ID number/authorization number to us via the chat feature in the portal
*Out of pocket rates are $299 per fifty-three minutes session
