• 75 minutes is scheduled for the initial evaluation interview, and 50 minutes is normally scheduled for subsequent sessions, though in some circumstances only 25 minutes may need to be scheduled.
• 75 minutes is scheduled for initial conjoint couple or parent-child sessions, and for family or other sessions involving 3 or more counselees. Subsequent sessions may be scheduled and billed as 50 or 75 minutes, as deemed necessary and mutually agreed.
• If it is necessary to cancel an appointment, counselees are asked to inform me no later than the day before.
• Same-day cancellations and non-attendance will be charged at half fee unless a bona fide circumstance such as bad weather or personal emergency has prevented cancellation or required the provider to cancel, in which circumstance there will be no charge for non-attendance.
• I am available to meet either in-person (currently with masking if unvaccinated, or without masking if fully vaccinated) or on-line by secure, confidential TeleHealth. Please let me know your preference.
