Welcome to the Client Portal for New Dimensions Counseling & Consulting, PLLC. You may use this convenient resource and platform to send secure messages, download and obtain or send back Client Forms, and start scheduled Telehealth sessions. If you don't have a portal account yet, you may set one up through the link in the "Welcome e-mail." Please note that appointment times muist be scheduled, changed and/or cancelled through our office, and you will need to schedule an initial appointment to access the Portal. I will send you your required Intake paperwork before your first appointment, most likely through this portal or through a secure HIPAA compliant email or the SpruceHealth app. If you have not completed your paperwork and/or do not have access to a laprtop/desktop computer, please contact me to make other arrangements. If I do not have your completed paperwork before your session begins, we will need to allow 20-30 minutes in your scheduled session to complete the required paperwork for "Consents" and relevant professional and personal information and documentation.
