When you request an appointment you will receive a text message indicating the request has been received. You will also receive an invitation to establish an account on the patient portal. Your account will contain important documentation to be completed in preparation for your session. YOU WILL RECEIVE COMFIRMATION OF YOUR APPOINTMENT ONCE ALL DOCUMENTS ARE COMPLETED.
ALL SESSIONS ARE PROVIDED VIA TELEHEALTH. A link to the session will be provided the day of your appointment.
Counseling fees vary depending on whether or not you use insurance and the type of insurance you have. If you are not using
insurance a schedule of out-of-pocket fees is included in the Practice Policy and Procedures manual, a copy of
which will be provided.
