New clients must complete required paperwork within 48 hours, otherwise their appointment will be canceled and offered to the next person on our waitlist.
Modern Mental Health requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you must cancel or reschedule with fewer than 24 hours' notice, this is subject to a $50 late cancellation fee for therapy/medication services, or a $100 late cancellation fee for testing services. If you do not attend your appointment and give us no advance notice (no-call/no-show), you will incur a charge of $100 for a therapy/medication appointment or $200 for a testing appointment.
