To schedule an appointment with us, please complete the registration forms assigned to you. Pre-registration allows us to review your information to ensure you are scheduled with the provider that best fits yours and your family's needs.
Once you've completed your registration please reach out to our Patient Services Coordinator by emailing scheduling@scissortailtherapies.com or call us (405) 256-8230 so we can get you scheduled right away. We will assist you in verifying your insurance benefits to see what coverage you have for services and provide you with an estimate of financial responsibility one week prior to your appointment. If you'd like to know what your insurance will cover prior to completing the registration process, just use the "Benefits Verification Guide" provided. This guide will walk you through the process of contacting your insurer to find out if services will be covered.
