Welcome to the Client Portal for Kalamazoo Therapy Group.
FOR NEW CLIENTS: We ask that all new client paperwork be completed prior to scheduling your first appointment. If you are beginning couples work, you'll notice that there are two documents that must be completed separately for each of you. Contact the office if you have difficulty with these forms or have decided not to pursue counseling through Kalamazoo Therapy Group.
FOR CURRENT CLIENTS: You will use your Client Portal to meet with your therapist for telehealth (video) sessions. At the time of your session, log into the portal and click the button to join the session. Occasionally, if you join too early, the portal has a difficult time connecting you. If the session time begins and you are not connected, continue to refresh your page (or leave and rejoin the session) to connect. You will also receive any new documents that need your attention or can use this portal to make payments (separate from your autopayments).
IF YOU FORGET YOUR PASSWORD OR DON'T HAVE A PASSWORD YET: You can reset your own password through the Client Portal. If you are still having trouble, please contact TherapyNotes support and they can reset your password or resend your welcome email. They are available 24/7 and can be reached at (215) 658-4550 x2.
