If you have not spoken with our scheduler and provided insurance and payment information, the appointment request will be canceled 48 hours following the time it was made.
If you are an established client requesting to change or cancel an appointment, we need greater than or equal to 23.5 hours’ notice to review and respond to your request. Current clients: when your request is approved, you will receive an automated appointment confirmation. Thank you!
