If you OPTED IN to receive text messages through this portal via your intake forms, you have also OPTED IN to receive text messages from our office, at 501-265-0046 regarding updates to your upcoming appointment and or account with Wellspring Renewal Center. If you would like those messages to stop, reply STOP to 501-265-0046 to OPT OUT.
Virtual appointments with Rebecca, April, Michelle, Trevor, Secoyia and Dr. Ellis are usually* done using our TherapyNotes Telehealth system through this portal. For your Telehealth session there will be a purple box inviting you to “Join Session” before your appointment. If you have a virtual appointment and don’t see this box, group text your therapist and the Wellspring front office at 501-265-0046. Please note that Leah only uses Zoom for virtual appointments and will send you a Zoom link directly via text/email RIGHT before your scheduled appointment time.
* Couples sessions will have to use Zoom if the couple is joining from two different devices.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do that with your therapist directly by text or email. Please be mindful of our cancellation policy, as you may be charged our cancellation fee of $100 for a cancellation less than 24 hours before your appointment.
