CANCELLATION OR MISSED SESSION FEES POLICY: You will receive a 48-hour appointment reminder via email or text message to allow you to Cancel or Reschedule. However, you will be charged a cancellation fee if you fail to contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. Our policy is to have our clients complete this paperwork 24 hours before your appointment so we can provide you with the best services. If it is not completed 24 hours before the appointment, we will have to cancel it, and you will receive a cancellation fee. If you have trouble completing the paperwork online, please make arrangements to come to the office at least 24 hours before your session. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your paperwork, please do not hesitate to contact us. This Fee is NON-NEGOTIABLE.
