Welcome to the client portal for Hope and Restoration Pathways Christian Counseling, Inc. The client portal offers many features that are tremendously useful for both clients and clinicians. One of the features of your account on our portal is the ability to access our scheduling calendars where you can request or reschedule appointments. Additionally, on this portal you are able to download and complete new client documentation, make payments for outstanding balances, schedule appointments, view documents or handouts sent to you by your clinician, or download a receipt for payments made.
If at any time you need assistance with this portal or other matters, such as scheduling, you can call the office at 919-803-8122 and leave a message. Assistance is generally available during our office hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM). Please leave a message and your call will be returned either by administrative staff or your clinician. We do not offer 24 hour emergency availability. Calls to the office are managed by the clinician on duty or the practice owner, between 9 AM and 5 PM during the work week. HARP Christian Counseling, Inc. does not have a receptionist. Because all clinicians are independent providers, they set their own schedules and chose how they prefer to communicate with clients outside of sessions regarding issues that cannot be managed on our portal. We do request that clients limit contact with their clinician to our office hours, M-F 9 AM to 5 PM. While we will are not always in the office during those hours, as we are an appointment based practice, we generally monitor and return calls during these hours.
Regarding the availability of telehealth services:
Each staff member works remote during their telehealth only work days. On Friday the office is closed to clients and visitors; however, staff are working remotely on this day. As such, calls are monitored and returned as needed. Existing clients may elect to change an office session to a telehealth format to avoid missing a session any day of the week. This flexibility can be very helpful in the event of inclement weather or illness. However, please note that some insurance companies now have preferred telehealth vendors that excludes coverage in this setting, and coverage may vary even among various BCBS plans, for instance.
LORA: At this time Lora is offering only telehealth services for all new clients and most existing clients. Beginning in May she will resume offering very limited office sessions for existing clients.
BIANCA: Bianca is offering telehealth only sessions on Friday and the remainder of the week as requested and approved.
TIFFANY: Tiffany is offering Telehealth only sessions on Wednesday.
Please note that voice messages left on the office phone over the weekend are returned on Monday. Please utilize the portal as much as is feasible to handle matters related to scheduling.
