Here, you can manage your appointments, securely message your provider team, join telehealth sessions, complete paperwork, and upload any necessary documents. New to Compass of Hope? If you're a first-time client, please be sure to schedule your intake session with a provider who works with your age group and service type (e.g., individual, couples, or family therapy; psychiatry; neuropsychological testing). A few important notes: -All required documentation must be completed before your appointment request can be confirmed. -Intake appointments should be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance to allow time for insurance verification. We cannot guarantee insurance will cover your appointment with less notice, and you will be responsible for any costs insurance does not cover. - Neuropsychological testing intakes are 60 minutes, and cost $309.30 - insurance is not accepted for these appointments. The fee for the intake goes toward the full testing cost. -Weight management and Spravato consults should be booked under a psychiatric intake with a note of the requested type of consult.
