📅 Scheduling Guidelines – Please Read Before Booking FOR NEW CLIENTS (Including EAP Referrals): First appointments are only available on Thursdays and Fridays. After your first appointment, we can set up follow-up sessions that work for you and the practice's availability. First appointments can be telehealth or in person. If you prefer telehealth, please write “Telehealth” in the Message to Practice section when booking. Please note: Evening appointments are reserved for current clients only. If you request an appointment outside these guidelines, your request may be declined. FOR CURRENT CLIENTS: Limited evening availability is offered to ongoing clients. Tuesdays and Wednesdays evenings and Saturdays are for in-person sessions. For an evening telehealth appointment, you can contact Diane directly. For same-day or next-business-day appointments, please call/text 614-400-1843. General Policies for All Clients A $75 fee applies for no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice. You will receive a text or email confirming your appointment request. Appointment requests are reviewed to ensure they meet client needs and service availability; submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment.
