Welcome to the client portal for New Horizon Counseling Counseling Center- North Richland Hills. **New Horizon - 2025 Insurance & Contact Information Update** Happy New Year! To ensure smooth service in 2025, please update the following in your client portal: 1. **Insurance Information** - **Confirm** your **current insurance** details or update if there are any changes. - Please note: benefits may have changed (e.g., deductibles may restart on January 1). 2. **Opt-Out & Self-Pay** - If you **opt-out** of using insurance, or are a **self-pay client**, select: “I do not have or do not want to use insurance benefits. I will be responsible for all charges related to the services rendered.” **Note**: An additional form is required for opt-out clients. 3. **Contact Information** - Please complete **2 forms** in the portal: - **Your personal contact info** - **Emergency contact info** (For minor clients: list parent/guardian. For adults: list your emergency contact) **Tip:** You can now update your insurance and contact details at any time through your portal—no need to request additional forms. **Deadline:** By your first appointment in 2025. New Users 1. Call/text our intake department at (817) 576-2447 or email billing@scontino.sprucecare.com to request an invite to the portal. 2. Once the invite is sent, you will receive a Client Portal Invitation with a link to create your account. Click that link in your email. 3. You will be taken to the client portal where you will confirm your or the client’s DOB and create a password. 4. You now have full access to the Portal! Existing Users Go to https://www.therapyportal.com/p/hwsbest/ to login. If you’ve forgotten your password, select ‘Forgot Password’ to reset. If you are unable to reset your password or have issues logging in, please call/text our intake department at (817) 576-2447 or email billing@scontino.sprucecare.com.
